As an existing building re-branding, Broadcast Apartments needed an upgrade that stayed true to its existing landmarks. Named for a prominent, historic radio tower, the goal was a brand that emphasized the style of classic radio without losing its modern appeal.
The final voice is playful with a few playful references to the broadcast-theme that cement this unique personality.
The Client
Blanton Turner is a property management group based in Seattle, WA and serving the larger Pacific-Northwest. I work with their BT Creative team for brand storytelling. They are a long-term client. We’ve worked together on a dozen different real estate properties over the past two years.
