Framed around traditional hospitality and modern design, Bellevue10 needed to evoke a sense of unexpected polish without reading as luxe. Bellevue10 aimed to read as a cut above but not unachievable. The goal of the overall site was to lean into a repeating motif of the number 10 to reflect the brand design while appealing to the influx of young adult renters in Bellevue, Washington.
The original brief asked for "modern, but sensitive to the details." The final result is a voice is direct and confident about the building on offer. Alongside the typical site layout, we added a Top 10 page on my suggestion to capitalize on search traffic from newcomers curious about the city while continuing the #10 motif. Additionally, we added a variety of additional content calling our Bellevue's upcoming future developments and unique highlights specific to this property.
The Client
Blanton Turner is a property management group based in Seattle, WA and serving the larger Pacific-Northwest. I work with their BT Creative team for brand storytelling. They are a long-term client. We’ve worked together on a dozen different real estate properties over the past two years.
The Project
Bellevue10 was a full-site project including homepage, apartments, amenities, neighborhood, tour options, and Bellevue's top ten pages.
In addition to on-page copy, I provided a curated list of local attractions for the Neighborhood page’s accompanying map with their location descriptions.
