With an apartment located near Seattle-Tacoma's International airport, Lawrence Lofts wanted to pay tribute to the traveler. Their branding leans heavily on the air travel motifs, but as an apartment, the copy couldn't speak to traveling enough to overpower the appeal of investing in your home.
The resulting copy speaks equally to a traveler's wanderlust and the love of returning home to their own bed alike. The voice is lively and inviting.
Lawrence Lofts included two unique pages we don't always include in an apartment website: a history of the historic building and a guest suite Airbnb.
The Client
Blanton Turner is a property management group based in Seattle, WA and serving the larger Pacific-Northwest. I work with their BT Creative team for brand storytelling. They are a long-term client. We’ve worked together on a dozen different real estate properties over the past two years.
The Project
Lawrence Lofts was a full website project including homepage, apartments, amenities, neighborhood, tour options, history, guest suite, and shops pages.
