Inspired by the rainy weather of Washington and the playful neighbors at Funko HQ, Nimbus needed a brand voice that brought some fun to the apartment space. The site's copy sneaks small jokes throughout a personable, human voice.

Blanton Turner is a property management group based in Seattle, WA and serving the larger Pacific-Northwest. I work with their BT Creative team for brand storytelling. They are a long-term client. We’ve worked together on a dozen different real estate properties over the past two years.

Nimbus is your home base for new adventures. Located in Downtown Everett, Funko HQ, Boeing, and other top employers are close enough you’ll have time for everything else in Everett: outdoor sports, live music, and local shopping alike.
At home? We’re talking rooftop. We’re talking arcade games. Did we mention the co-working space? Maybe, you just need a cool apartment. We’ve got those too.
Nimbus is home to everything you want, and most importantly, it’s home to you.
