With a brand story inspired by the nightlife and excitement of Seattle's Downtown and Capitol Hill neighborhoods, Pivot needed to be bold and exciting. The underlying focus of the copy is on the pivot or transition point each day between work and life. Life at Pivot apartments is meant to tip the scale, giving a bit more life to each day worked.
The resulting web copy is personal and conversational with a balance between direct clarity and playful cleverness.
PIVOT Apartments included a unique Choose Your Own Adventure concept for the neighborhood page. I presented this as a fun, unique method to show how much exists nearby to the location.

Blanton Turner is a property management group based in Seattle, WA and serving the larger Pacific-Northwest. I work with their BT Creative team for brand storytelling. They are a long-term client. We’ve worked together on a dozen different real estate properties over the past two years.

Pivot Apartments sit in the Pike/Pine corridor of Capitol Hill within reach of South Lake Union, Belltown, or the Central Business District within minutes, but, there’s so much close by that you don’t need to leave Capitol Hill.
