Inspired by their neighboring park with heritage hazelnut trees, Surrey on Main's brand voice aimed to speak to a young (30s) audience. The content needed to emphasize the concept of "oasis" within a city and elevate the luxurious quality of the apartment itself.
The resulting website is artful with a careful balance between flowery and conversational language.
Surrey On Main emphasized a peaceful environment within an active, urban location.

Blanton Turner is a property management group based in Seattle, WA and serving the larger Pacific-Northwest. I work with their BT Creative team for brand storytelling. They are a long-term client. We’ve worked together on a dozen different real estate properties over the past two years.

Surrey on Main is a cultural speakeasy that lives in the present but honors the past. With a magnetic pull that goes deeper than an average building, it’s a space that surrounds you with opportunities for inspiration. Every space has stories to tell, but we have to try to listen.
