Theo Apartments for Blanton Turner
Seattle, WA
As a property named for President Theodore Roosevelt, Theo Apartments needed a bold, decisive tone without sacrificing their young, relatable undertone. For their full website copy write-out, we wanted to speak to their demographic of young renters (including University of Washington students).
The original brand brief sought bold, classic, yet playful. The final result is the voice of a dashing gentleman you share a drink with at a bar: surprisingly suave, yet laid back.

The Client
Blanton Turner is a property management group based in Seattle, WA and serving the larger Pacific-Northwest. I work with their BT Creative team for brand storytelling. They are a long-term client. We’ve worked together on a dozen different real estate properties over the past two years.

The Project
Theo Apartments was a full-site project including homepage, apartments, amenities, neighborhood, tour options, and inspiration
In addition to on-page copy, I provided a curated list of local attractions for the Neighborhood page’s accompanying map with their location descriptions.
